Description:
Afforestation
The first component will establish a 5ha seedling orchard for each of two imported forest plantation species, and develop these seedling orchards for production of genetically improved seed for use in plantations within Viet Nam.
The second component involves the collection of data on the growth of Acacia mangium plantations and using this data to calibrate the 3-PG growth and carbon sequestration model for Viet Nam.
