The main objectives of reegle are to ensure a better information flow and to facilitate the understanding of the roles and activities of the many different initiatives and opportunities in the sectors of renewable energy and energy efficiency.

 The Clean Energy Solutions Center, an initiative of the Clean Energy Ministerial and UN-Energy, helps governments around the world turn clean energy visions into reality.  The Solutions Center serves as a first stop clearinghouse of clean energy policy reports, data, and tools and provides expert assistance and peer to peer learning forums.
